It will aid in creating and maintaining a safe, secure and effective place of learning. It will strive to maintain communication, cooperation and understanding between parents, teachers and administrators and will provide a non-biased forum for sharing information on issues that impact our children. The St. Mark’s Parent Staff Council will support school and family social interaction and encourage a positive, supportive atmosphere to help ensure that students achieve their fullest potential and receive the best education possible.

St. Mark's School is blessed by a very active and involved group of parents and staff. The St. Mark's Parent-Staff Council (PSC), was created almost 20 years ago as an auxiliary and fundraising organization for the school. Not only does the PSC fundraise in an effort to enrich the children's educational experience, it also provides a forum for parents, teachers and administrators to share information pertinent to the children and the school. The PSC is dedicated to children of St. Mark's, and to ensuring they receive the best education possible

Some of the many activities of the PSC include our annual Fall Gala in October with the popular silent and live auction, car raffle and wine grab. The largest Scholastic Book Fair in El Paso, a Children's Art Show in the Spring, a private Western Playland Family Night and additional fun events for family and fellowship throughout the year, plus a very active Teacher Appreciation campaign.
